Meet your Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s)

Marquette offers several ERG’s to actively engage employees by promoting a sense of community, building personal and professional networks, and to enhance support for employees. While the ERG model is based on common background or interest, in the spirit of inclusivity any employee can join any ERG. Come learn more about the ERG’s, the work they are doing on campus, and how you can further engage.
