Donation-Based Yoga - Wake Up Wednesday

Experience the serene MCHS historic bank building while prioritzing your wellness. Elissa Albert, Yoga Master Trainer and Owner of Tribal Yoga School, will instruct all-level classes at 7am every Wednesday. Space is limited, so sign up early!

Suggested $5 donation. Bring your yoga mat and water. Wear comfortable clothes.

Located at 910 N. Dr. Martin Luthern King Jr. Drive. Do arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up.
