Meet your Chakras - Meditation and Reiki events in Horsham

Join us for our monthly transformative journey at our "Meet the Chakras" event, hosted by the experienced and compassionate duo, Gar and Edith. This intimate gathering is designed for a cozy group of around 12 people, ensuring personalized attention and a deep sense of community.

Event Highlights:

1. Chakra Awareness Meditation: In the first part of the session, immerse yourself in a guided meditation focused on the body's chakras. Gar will lead you through a calming and insightful practice to help you connect with your inner energy centers, fostering greater awareness and balance.

2. Reiki Healing Session: Following the meditation, experience the soothing and restorative power of Reiki healing. This session aims to clear blockages and promote the free flow of energy throughout your body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered. Gar and Edith will provide one-to-one healing to participants in the room.
