Join Me In a Guided Meditation Where We Will Be Journeying Into The Depths Of Your Soul !
This is a Guided Journeying Meditation , designed to take you on a transformative inner journey. Come and experience an evening of relaxation, self-discovery and inner peace as we embark on a journey of Soul Retrieval , a practice that helps you to reclaim lost parts of your soul for a more centred and whole you.
During times of trauma or stress, parts of a person’s soul, can become lost or fragmented, which in turn affects your life, feelings and emotions in the now moment.
So, let me take you in a journey of transformation.
I will guide you through visualization, deep relaxation, aided by carefully curated music, sounds and smells. As you journey, I will also bring in Multidimensional Energy Healing and Light Language.
The journey will last around 50 minutes, and after we are all back, we will share our experience, ask questions and draw guidance cards, whilst being together in a safe, sacred circle.
The event is open to anyone regardless of their meditation experience.
