📚 Experience Maasai Culture. Help Bring Books to the Savannah.
What if an afternoon of culture, food, stories, and community could also put books in the hands of Maasai children in Tanzania?
Join us for Meet the Maasai, a special fundraising event benefiting ALMASI’s Mobile Library—an initiative designed to bring books and learning opportunities directly to Maasai communities with limited access to educational resources.
Experience Maasai culture and traditions, sample African food, explore and buy beautiful handmade crafts, and learn more about ALMASI’s work in Tanzania.
📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 3–5 PM
📍 Bethel Lutheran Church | 5110 Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL
The event is FREE — bring a friend and be part of the impact.
