This program is based on the New York Times best-seller The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman, Ph.D. For over 30 years, Dr. Gottman scientifically studied what makes relationships succeed — and these principles teach partners new strategies for making their relationships work. The Gottman Seven Principles Program is designed for all couples in a committed relationship — married, pre-engaged, engaged, and premarital couples, from newlyweds to senior couples. It suits those who want to enhance an already good relationship and those who want better conflict-management tools.
