The National Lottery Community Fund alongside Community Resource invite organisations running community-based projects for the benefit of residents of Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin to Meet the Funder.

10am – 12.00 noon (room booked until 1pm)

Disabled parking is onsite and then there is a large Tesco opposite with parking for the community and no restrictions in place.

During this face-to-face event Catherine McCloy & Laura Wise from The National Lottery Community Fund will be talking about current funding opportunities, specifically Awards for All (grants of up to £20,000 over 2 years) and Reaching Communities (grants of £20,001 or more for up to five years).

Funding is available locally and they are looking to fund projects and organisations that work to make positive changes in their community. By community they mean people living in the same area, or people with similar interests or life experiences.

You'll also learn about the Fund’s new strategy ‘It Starts with Community’, which sets out their plans for 2023-2030.

There will also be time for questions and discussion.
