Join us on Tuesday, October 7, for Tri-State Trails’ Meet the Candidates Ride and help show support for better trails and bikeways.We’ve invited everyone running for Cincinnati City Council and for Mayor to ride with us, learn about the city’s bike routes, and meet community members like you.
The ride will follow trails, bike lanes, and regular streets. Along the way, we’ll point out what’s working well—and what needs to be better.
Before the ride begins, each candidate will introduce themselves and share their ideas for making biking and walking safer and more connected in Cincinnati.
We’ll meet at 6:00 PM at the Sawyer Point Red Bike station near the Purple People Bridge. The ride will start at 6:30 PM and will be a short, slow-paced loop around downtown. All riders and all types of wheels are welcome, and volunteers will be on hand to support you and the group.
More details about the route will be shared soon. All participants must wear a helmet and sign a waiver before joining the ride.
