Meet The Brewery: Falling Knife Brewery

Join us for an evening of great beer and good company as we welcome Falling Knife Brewing Company to the Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown. Enjoy a guided beer tasting paired with snacks while learning the story behind one of the Twin Cities’ favorite breweries.

Falling Knife Brewing Company was born out of the local music venues of the Twin Cities. United by a shared love of music, basketball, and exceptional beer, founders Andy, Tom, and Dan turned conversations among friends into a brewery-in-planning in 2017. After falling in love with the Mid-City neighborhood, construction began in late 2018, and the brewery officially opened its doors in summer 2019. Today, Falling Knife operates a 20-barrel production brewhouse, a full-service 149-person taproom, and serves more than 200 bars, restaurants, and liquor stores across the region.
