For the last 10 years Mike has been compiling 19th century documents and resources that told the truth of the iconic Bird Cage Theatre erected in Tombstone in 1881. One of the best preserved variety theaters in the world, the Bird Cage Theater, has been shrouded in western lore and myth for over a century. Now for the first time, the harrowing story of how it came to be, its proprietors, its performers, and its value as a national treasure is told in Mike Mihaljevish's new book.
