About this Event

You know you should post more. What you don’t have is the time to come up with ideas, design posts and write captions every week.

That’s what Cora is for.

Cora is a social media assistant that lives inside Claude. Her name stands for Content, Operations, Research & Analytics.

Every week, she researches your niche, writes posts in your voice, designs them in Canva with your logo, colours and fonts, and schedules them in Metricool. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

She doesn’t write generic content. Before she writes anything, she learns your business: who you serve, how you sound and what you want your posts to do.

Who is this for?

Business owners, service providers, content creators and social media managers who want to post consistently without starting from scratch every week.

What happens during the workshop?

In the morning, we look at Instagram: what’s working right now and what your posts need to do for your business. Then we get your accounts ready together.

After lunch, you meet Cora. We install her, connect her to Canva, Metricool and Google Drive, and build your Brand Profile from seven short questions. Then you make your first three posts with her, approve them and schedule them before you leave.

What you’ll leave with
  • Cora set up and connected on your own laptop
  • Your Brand Profile, so she writes like you
  • Your first three posts approved and scheduled
  • A better understanding of Instagram, and how to keep using Cora every week

What you’ll need
  • Your laptop, charged
  • A paid Claude plan
  • Your Instagram login
  • Canva, Metricool and Google accounts

Free plans work to start. During the workshop, I’ll explain the subscription options and when an upgrade makes sense.

Before the workshop, you’ll get a short checklist so your accounts are ready on the day.

Cora is a Vision to Brand Studio product that runs inside Claude. She isn’t made by or affiliated with Anthropic.

Agenda

🕑: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Breakfast and welcome
Host: Parfaite Koffi

Info: Grab a coffee and get settled. We'll go over the day and meet each other.

🕑: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Instagram: what's working right now

Info: Before we bring in Cora, we look at Instagram itself. What makes people stop, save and share, which posts work for service businesses right now, and how to stay consistent without spending your evenings on it.

🕑: 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM
Get your accounts ready

Info: We'll make sure everything Cora needs is in place. Your Instagram gets switched to a professional account and linked to a Facebook Page, and your Canva, Metricool and Google Drive accounts get ready to connect. This is where most people get stuck on their own, so we do it together.

🕑: 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM
Lunch

Info: Take a break, eat, and get to know the people around you.

🕑: 12:45 PM - 01:30 PM
Meet Cora: connect and build your Brand Profile

Info: Meet Cora, your social media assistant inside Claude. We'll install her and connect her to Canva, Metricool and Google Drive. Then you'll answer seven questions about your business, by typing or by voice: who you serve, how you sound and what your posts should do. Cora turns your answers into your Brand Profile, and you check it before she uses it.

🕑: 01:30 PM - 02:15 PM
Your first three posts

Info: Now Cora gets to work on your business. She researches your niche, then drafts three posts in your voice, designed in Canva with your logo, colours and fonts. You review each one. Nothing is scheduled until you say yes. Then she schedules them in Metricool.

🕑: 02:15 PM - 03:00 PM
Questions and next steps

Info: Bring every question. We'll fix anything that isn't working and make sure you're comfortable using Cora on your own. You'll also learn how to ask her to plan your week, and how to set up a weekly schedule once your first posts are running.
