Doors open at 9:00am and at this time, refreshments and exhibitions will be available once sign in has been completed at the registration desk upon entry. The event will commence at 9:30am.

Refreshments

Free refreshments will be provided throughout the day, including a lunch buffet and bevarages (please make note during registration if you have any dietary requirements and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities).

Parking

• Parking spaces are limited and will be reserved for exhibitors and event organisers.
• If you would like to request a parking space, please select the option during registration.*

• Accesible parking spaces are available upon request.

*Please note that any spaces remaining, after exhibitors and organisers have parked, will be distributed on a 'first-come-first-serve' basis so an onsite space cannot be guaranteed.

For those unable to park at the onsite car park, there is the Derby Arena which is a 10-12 minute walk from the Reach Events venue

Derby Arena Car park Price: £3 per car, for 1 day. You can pay by cash at the machines or by card through the MiPermit App or website (instructions of how to do this are on the parking machines).
