Calling all board game enthusiasts! Whether you're a strategic mastermind or just love a good game day with friends, Meeples in D6 is the place to be. Spend a full day immersed in the world of tabletop gaming, meet fellow gamers, and discover new favorites.
Cost: We know this hobby is expensive and you've already invested a lot, and if you're driving in you need to pay for parking to, and some people are on fixed income that just aren't great in Ontario, so we're happy to provide a pay what you can model. On the next page select your ticket, the suggested donation is $10 so we can cover the space. There is the option for $5, and $0, and then there is also an additional donation option. Event will happen regardless of meeting the funding goal, it's already paid for. That is just there for transparency.
Zeffy: We use this free platform, they automatically add a $2 donation to them at checkout, you can select this drop down and type in 0, to avoid extra fees.
Game Library: We're just starting out so these are Board Gaymes James personal games that will be available at the event. Check out our library on BGG
Bring and Buy: Bring your old games to sell and find great deals from other attendees. All games must be registered before hand here, input your ticket number from your confirmation email, we will then send you a PDF to print the tags to put on your games. Drop of begins at 9am and closes at 10am. You can check out at any time. Maximum 5 items per person as tables are limited.
Additional Information:
Parking: Limited parking is available at the venue. We encourage the use of public transit. Green P nearby is the cheapest.
Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Getting There:
The One Yonge Community Centre is conveniently located in downtown Toronto, easily accessible by public transit and with ample parking nearby.
By TTC: 1km away from Union Station and King Station subway, close to bus routes. Subway to 510 Streetcar to Ferry Terminal Station is a great option!
Driving: From the Gardiner take Exit 154 York/Bay/Yonge.
Parking: Paid parking available at the venue and surrounding areas.Two accessible parking spots at entrance to building.
