Meditative Sound Journey with Taylour Woesthaus

In this Meditative Sound Journey and Guided Meditation, Taylour will gently guide you inward while weaving together a rich, intuitive soundscape of gong, chakra-balancing crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments. Each session unfolds organically, guided by deep listening and intention, creating a container where your nervous system can settle and your inner wisdom can rise.

The layered frequencies move through the body like a quiet wash, helping to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and open space for clarity, restoration, and renewal. This is a space to surrender the weight you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Whether this is your first sound experience or you’ve been walking this path for years, you are welcome here. No prior experience is needed. Simply bring an open heart and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported as you rest into the journey.

Please bring:

Yoga mat

Water bottle

Comfortable clothing

Optional: eye mask, cushion, blanket, or anything else that helps you relax

Doors will lock promptly at the start time stated above. Please arrive early to settle (15 minutes early is recommended).
