Step into a sacred space of deep relaxation, sound healing, and self-discovery during this Meditative Sound Journey and Guided Meditation.
Through guided meditation and a rich soundscape, including gong, chakra-balancing singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments. You’ll be gently led into a deeply meditative state. The healing frequencies are designed to ease tension, clear energetic blockages, and open space for insight and renewal.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned meditator, all are welcome. No prior experience is necessary, just bring an open mind, a willing heart, and whatever supports your comfort.
Please bring:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Optional: eye mask, cushion, blanket, or anything else that helps you relax
Important:
Doors will lock promptly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive early to settle in and secure your spot. Space is limited. You may also sign up via the app: https://get.mndbdy.ly (not required, but recommended!).
Suggested donation: $20–$30 (Pay what you can)
Cash is preferred, but Venmo is also accepted.
All are welcome.
However, this event is not recommended for children under the age of 12 due to the extended stillness and deep meditative nature of the session.
