Meditative Sound Bath with Claire
About this Event
Join Claire for a deeply restorative somatic healing event designed to bring you back home to your Self. To help you find balance, peace, and embodied presence.
Over the course of this immersive experience, we will use a variety of gentle, evidence-based practices to facilitate deep nervous system regulation and self-discovery:
- Welcome and Intention Setting: Claire will welcome you and invite you to sit in stillness and contemplation or chat with other participants while breathing in the sweet smell of nag champa incense (outside only). Then we'll set a personal intention for the practice.
- Gentle Mindful Movement: Simple yoga and tai chi inspired movement to release tension and connect you back to your body
- Breath: Intentional breathwork to calm the nervous system and clear emotional blockages
- Vagal Toning: somatic practices to bring greater flexibility and resilience to the nervous system, preparing us for deeper relaxation
- Meditation: Guided meditative practice to integrate the experience and cultivate inner stillness
- Sound: Experience the healing frequency of a sound bath for grounding and vibrational healing
- Share and Connect: At the end of our practice, you are invited to share how you are feeling and any sensations or emotions that came up as we drink herbal tea together.
- Gifts as a Thank You: Claire will also provide you with a small crystal and a sample size of an aromatherapy blend for you to keep as a thank you.
You will leave feeling grounded, centered, and deeply relaxed, equipped with simple tools to continue your journey of somatic healing at home if you so choose.
No prior experience is necessary. This event is open to all who feel called to slow down, listen to their body, and embrace a path of gentle self-healing. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring a yoga mat, cushions and blankets to make a little cosy nest to relax in, and a water bottle. If you have one, an eye mask or pillow can help you relax more deeply for the meditation and sound bath practices.
The session lasts for approximately two hours.
