About this Event

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or under constant pressure? You’re not alone.

This monthly supportive coaching group offers a calm, welcoming and informal space to step back from the busyness of life, reflect, and share experiences with others who understand. It’s a place where you can talk openly (if you want to), feel heard, and learn practical ways to handle stress more effectively.

Each session combines simple, evidence-based tools with open discussion, helping you build skills you can use in your everyday life.

What we’ll focus on:

  • Understanding how stress affects your mind and body
  • Practical techniques to feel calmer and more grounded
  • Managing overthinking and difficult thoughts
  • Responding to emotions in a healthier way
  • Building habits that support your wellbeing

What to expect:

  • A relaxed, supportive and informal environment
  • A welcoming space to share experiences (always optional, no pressure)
  • Guided exercises
  • Practical tools you can apply straight away

Who is this for?
This group is for anyone dealing with everyday stress, including:

  • Work or life pressure
  • Study-related stress (exams, deadlines, or academic pressure)
  • Overthinking or worry
  • Feeling overwhelmed or close to burnout
  • Wanting healthier ways to cope

Important to know:
