This workshop is for anyone who wants to join and enjoy a relaxing moment, to create a mandala drawing, which is Sanskrit language means circle. You don't need experience as it is a simple process but yet quite powerful.This workshop can connect people by encouraging a sense of community through shared creative experience. It is a healing process that brings people's focus into the moment and eleviate stress. It provides a non verbal way for participants to express themselves, share a calm and focus activity, and build social bond through shared reflection and creation, even while creating individual pieces.
