Hello lovelies
I'm Jo. I'm a healer, teacher and lightworker based in Burpham, Guildford and I would love to invite you along to join my weekly meditation sessions.
Discovering meditation was the introduction to my healing journey and opened the gateway for me to find peace within, access my higher self and connect to universal energies. A daily practise keeps me calm, grounded and focussed.
I absolutely love leading meditation sessions. It's one of my favourite things to so and I would be delighted if you would like to join me once a week for a guided meditation.
The sessions take place in The Bell Tent in my garden in Burpham, Guildford on Thursdays from 7-8pm. I've kept the price reasonable at £11 a session and there are 12 places available each week. You don't have to come every week, just book in whenever you feel like you need some relaxation and time out from the busyness of life.
Each week I will take you in to blissful relaxation and on a visualisation journey. Sometimes our Angels and Guides join us and other times we connect to our divine inner wisdom and there is always a plentiful flow of healing Reiki energy.
