Half-day guided meditation workshop with Buddhist meditation teacher Lyn FoxIn this meditation workshop, we will learn how to remove the causes of our future suffering as well as obstacles to our spiritual development by engaging in the practice of purifying negative karma. Through purifying our negativity, our mind will gradually become happier, our good qualities will increase, and our problems will gradually disappear.

11:00am-12:15pm – Session 1 – Understanding karma
12:15pm-1:15pm – Lunch break (vegetarian lunch will be provided)
1:15pm-2:30pm – Session 2 – Meditations to purify negativity
