Quartz Crystal bowls produce pure sound & vibrations that resonate with the chakras and corresponding physical area, promoting improved health & wellbeing.
Sound Healing & meditation can assist to improve sleep and reduce anxiety, depression and stress.
Cost ~ $20 (cash) or $25 (eftpos)
BYO - yoga mat, pillow & blanket and arrive 10 minutes early as doors will be closed at 4pm
