Our Meditation classes rotate each week to give you a different experience, learn something new and expose you to new techniques. We may even include temple massages, cool/warm flannels and essential oils to the class.Rotations include:
Sound Healing - singing bowls etc..
Breathwork
Pranayama
Yoga Nidra
Put on your comfy clothing, no previous experience required, bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask and an open mind to let yourself flow into the experience with no expectations or goals... other than to just be and just flow.
STUDIO TOURS - Mon - 4-7pm, Tues, Weds from 4:30-7:30pm and on Sat mornings from 7-9am. No need to book just pop in ;-)
