You’re warmly invited to a weekly Guided Meditation Circle — a peaceful in-person class held at Xin Sanctuary quietly nestled in Connolly Western Australia beside Joondalup Golf Resort.
🍃 For August we return to ‘BALANCE’ — a reminder to honor both movement and stillness to give and receive to show up and also rest. These sessions are not about doing meditation “right” but about creating a weekly rhythm where your body breath and your inner Sanctuary are softly held and nurtured.
✨ Sessions in August:
Fridays | 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM
Sundays | 4:15 PM – 5:30 PM
Each session offers a guided meditation and pure silence along with a practical talk that explores the monthly theme and offers insights into what meditation truly is which is a natural state of the Being that can be carried into everyday movements and life.
