Our Meditation Nights are guided by experienced young Buddhists. After the class we have dinner together, and you are welcome to stay for as long as you would like. The food is cooked by the class team, and will always be vegan and gluten-free (usually dal & rice!).

18:15 Meditation Class
19:30 Dinner
Open to all aged 18-35.
No experience is needed - just curiosity.
On a donation basis, suggested £10 (waged) /£8 (unwaged) - and please come even if money is tight.
