Every Monday at 7:15-8pm

A space to land. To breathe. To be with yourself in the quiet.

These meditations are held with care. Sometimes there will be sound. Sometimes silence. Sometimes breath or gentle guidance. It depends on what the field is asking for that day.

This is not about doing it right. It’s about showing up. For yourself. For your body. For your healing.

You don’t need any experience. Just bring your presence. Bring a blanket or cushion if you’d like. We start at 7:15.

This is a donation-based offering. Give what feels good. Receive what you need.
