We will go through various phases of guided practice. Deep body awareness, conscious breathing, emotional integration, and meditation will open the door to a state of profound listening.
Together with the music, the whole experience will catalyse a sense of deeper connection to the present moment where stress is released while energy and spirit get rebalanced.
Singing ancient mantras and simple lyrics we will elevate our vibration, find inspiration in our minds and hearts, and liberate our voices through organic group chanting.
