Join us for Meditation for Wellbeing, a simple, beginner-friendly session designed to help you slow down, settle the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner ease – offered in the spirit of International Day of Yoga.


In the pace of modern life, it is easy to feel mentally busy, emotionally stretched, or disconnected from ourselves. This session offers a gentle introduction to meditation as a practical tool for supporting peace, balance, and overall wellbeing.


You do not need any previous experience with yoga or meditation. The practice is simple, guided, and suitable for beginners.


The session will include simple yet effective practices from the classical yogic sciences to help you experience greater ease in the body, calmness in the mind, and a deeper sense of inner balance.


This is a beginner-friendly session and no previous meditation experience is needed. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or familiar with meditation. Just come as you are, with an openness to explore.
