Step into a fully guided session designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit through grounding, sound, and intentional voice work. In this two-hour experience, you will move through meditation, gentle cacao enjoyment, toning, humming, chanting, and song—supported by the soothing vibrations of a Shruti box and drum.
Sequence of the Experience:
Grounding & Embodiment Meditation: Settle into your body and bring awareness to the present moment.
Cacao Enjoyment During Instruction: Sip ceremonial cacao as we explore the healing power of sound. Cacao gently opens the heart and supports relaxation, clarity, and receptivity.
Humming, Toning & Chanting: Use your voice to release tension, harmonize energy, and regulate the nervous system. Vibrational sound supports emotional balance and deep inner connection.
Closing Meditation: Seal the resonance of sound within your being and leave feeling grounded and aligned.
What to Bring:
Joy Welness Studio has bolsters and blankets to sit on. If you need anything else for comfort, like a yoga mat, bring it along.
