Join local author and space holder Rebekah Joy for a weekly meditation series inspired by her book Meditation for Transformation: Tools to Start a Daily Practice and Stick with It! Each week includes guided meditation, practical tools for your daily practice, and optional reflection.
With collective accountability and shared presence, this series cultivates inner connection and invites participants to explore a daily practice between sessions. Arrive at 6:15 PM to set your space, get tea, and settle in for 6:30 star time. Sessions run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Bring your own journal or use the Meditation for Transformation Journal to track your practice during the session and throughout the week. Cushions, blankets and tea provided. The final session will be held at an alternate TBD location.
