Join us Sunday evening for a cozy, restorative sound bath experience.
Doors are open until 6. Meditation begins around 6:15 You'll be guided through a brief Reiki meditation (~15 min), followed by a deeply immersive sound bath (~45 min) using crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the natural frequency of the earth, activating all 7 chakras.
