Meditation for the World : Free In-Person Event

Every third Sunday of the month, people in over 100 countries take time together to send out thoughts of peace, calm and hope to our world.

Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of practice, you’re warmly invited to join us for an hour of gentle music, silence and guided meditation. Together, we can make a difference—every thought counts.
