So... everyone says, you should meditate. And you look at them, and you start to say, of course... but deep in your mind you know.... the idea of sitting still for more then 20 seconds.... just not happening.But everyone says, you should meditate! So... what if I told you, meditation doesn't have to be sitting in a pretzel chanting "Om." There are so many different ways you can meditate! Take it from me, I was nicknamed "Oh Squirrel" by some coworkers years back.
I started studying meditation because I kept telling everyone, you should meditate, and realized, "Oh crap, I don't know how." When I began my certification, it was really hard, but with some simple changes to what I was doing, and many "aha's!", I can now meditate. I also learned, meditation doesn't have to be done sitting down.
