** FREE TO EXPANSION CENTER MEMBERS **Discover the power of intentional living through Spiritual Lifestyles, an immersive workshop designed to introduce you to a variety of holistic and spiritual practices that nurture the mind, body, and soul. This session blends short, engaging discussions with hands-on experiences, allowing you to explore different spiritual and wellness modalities in a way that is both informative and interactive.
Each topic will begin with a brief talk on its history, benefits, and applications, followed by a guided experience so you can feel the practice firsthand. Sample the grounding presence of yoga, the subtle energy flow of Reiki, the meditative ritual of drinking tea, and other practices that support a balanced and mindful life.
What to Expect:
Yoga -- Learn about the connection between breath, movement, and energy, then experience a short and gentle flow.
Reiki -- Discover the healing powers of Reiki followed by a short session.
Tea Rituals -- Explore the spiritual and meditative aspects of tea drinking while savoring a mindful tea experience.
Additional Modalities -- We will also explore guided meditation, Ujjayi Pranayama breathwork, forest bathing, and grounding.
