🐒 Meditation for Monkey Mind
A 90-minute session to help you slow down, quiet the noise, and come back to yourself.
If you’ve been curious about meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) but never quite found a way to actually stick with it — this is for you.
This isn’t about doing it perfectly or forcing a “blank mind.”
It’s about understanding your mind, learning how to work with it, and creating simple shifts you can carry into everyday life.
✨ How the session flows:
🍵 Arrive (30m): Settle in with tea and learn the basics of meditation & breathing 🧠🌬️
🌀 Go Inward (40m): Experience guided meditation with gentle pauses, followed by your own self-practice 🌿
💬 Come Back (20m): Ask questions, share experiences, and learn how to bring meditation into your daily life ✨
The intention is not to escape your thoughts,
but to change your relationship with them.
Come as you are. No pressure, no expectations.
