This gentle, all-levels meditation class offers a chance to slow down, exhale, and connect deeply with your inner self. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply craving a quiet moment, Joia guides you through breathwork, guided meditation, and mindful awareness to calm the nervous system and restore balance from within.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, more connected, and relaxed.
This weekly class welcomes practitioners of all levels—come as you are.

Joia Gibble brings over 20 years of experience using holistic techniques to heal and balance body, mind, and spirit. She is a certified Master Practitioner of EFT Tapping, Advanced Akashic Records Consultant, Reiki healer, and yoga instructor. Joia has helped many clients find relief from anxiety, stress, pain, and trauma while improving relationships and creating abundance.
Her teaching style is compassionate and empowering, offering a safe space for personal healing and growth.
