Want to develop a meditation practice, and learn how it can support your leadership or creativity? Please join us on first Mondays of the month at 5:30PM PT for a meditation workshop. Sit and discuss with dharma teacher Minda Aguhob for one hour of practice and learning.

The goal of this workshop is to show easy ways to become a daily meditator and learn what it takes to become adept. We will introduce simple daily practices that help you to attain the skills to foster an enjoyable daily practice.

Bio.

Minda Aguhob is a dharma teacher in training with Culadasa, author of The Mind Illuminated. She has been developing enlightened technologies at the intersection of mind, spirit and community for over 30 years. Minda is also the executive director of The Co-Caring Initiative, a nonprofit that provides humanitarian assistance & leadership education for a world that is connected, well-cared for and vital. She shared her work and vision at the United Nations on behalf of older tech changemakers in 2019. Learn more at Co-Caring.org.
