The good news is we all have the ability to train in positive thinking – or training the mind. Buddha was a master at training the mind, and through following the practical advice he gave, we can also train and harness the power of positive thinking, Eventually, through familiarity with positive ways of thinking, we will develop a mind that is positive not just some of the time, but all of the time.
