Meditation Circle North Edinburgh - Restore & Reflect

Leave the week behind and give yourself space to breathe.
About this Event

The week has been long. You've had responsibilities to manage, problems to solve, people to support, and a hundred things competing for your attention.

This is your time.

A time to breathe deeply, let go of what no longer needs your energy, and create some space between yourself and the busyness of everyday life.

Take an hour for yourself, restore your energy, and move into the weekend with greater clarity, balance, and peace of mind.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, breathe, and listen to yourself again.
