About this Event
We offer this meditation circle for newcomers to the practice, anyone wishing to learn, as well as those with an ongoing, steady meditation practice. The Silent Meditation Circle & Community Gathering is a free 45 minute session led by Lea.
We begin with instruction for sitting comforatably and correctly, then guided and silent meditation for 30 minutes.
There is also time for discussionregarding the physical, mental, emotional and evolutionary benefits and challenges of an ongoing meditation practice.
Bring your water bottle.
We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.

Lea Kraemer is the Director of Yoga Therapy our Center for the Live Your Best Life in India and the US. A Yoga Therapist with numerous certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Kriya Yoga, Lea is the founder of Prana Mandir Yoga. She trains and certifies teachers in Yoga as Therapy and Vinyasa and is a sought out Teacher Trainer for schools and studios on the East and West Coasts of the US.
Lea offers Yoga as Therapy for clients healing from chronic and life-threatening illness. In her earlier career, Lea developed programs and mentored yoga teachers at area hospitals in NYC, establishing research into the efficacy of therapeutic Yoga and Meditation.
