Meditation & Wisdom Talk with Guest Monks

The class will start off with them sharing their stories about becoming a monk,

then introducing how to meditate, and then guiding everyone through a 30 minute meditation in a way that complete beginners or more experienced meditators can follow along easily.

They will then share some practical wisdom to integrate into your life and then answer any questions that the audience has.

After the class is officially over at 8:30 you can stick around to enjoy some snacks and chat with the monks and each other in an informal way. This is a great opportunity to connect with other spiritual friends and feel a sense of community at our cozy center.

The Teaching Monks: Venerable Nick (a San Diego native) and Venerable Michael (an Atlanta native) will be in town to run and guide this event.

They share ancient wisdom in a universal and accessible way so that people of all backgrounds and beliefs can understand, connect with, and apply the guidance to better their life.
