Meditation & Sound Healing Workshop

Join Jay DeSouza and Ben Van Ryn for a three hour immersive meditation journey rooted in embodiment, ritual, and conscious community.

Held within the culture of Prana Lounge, this experience is designed to awaken the body, release stagnant energy, and cultivate meaningful connection in a grounded and supportive environment.

The evening begins with guided breathwork and gentle physical activation, including shaking and light jumping, to stimulate circulation and open the nervous system. This prepares the body for deeper release and integration.

Jay DeSouza, a creative alchemist and ritual oil artisan of Iban heritage and Southeast Asian descent, brings a ceremonial and sensory dimension to the evening. Jay will guide the oil ritual, weaving scent, intention, and ancestral reverence into an embodied experience.

Ben Van Ryn, has hosted retreats internationally, will lead the meditation throughout the journey. With a steady and grounded presence, Ben guides participants through stillness and integration, inviting reconnection with their true and divine nature.

The space will include:

• A community altar with optional offerings

• Journaling time for reflection

• Mats to support rest and embodiment

The experience closes with grounding meditation, sound healing, and intentional conversation circles to support integration and authentic connection.

Participants can expect a balanced container of movement and stillness, ritual and meditation, personal insight and shared presence.
