Each month you will have a rotating class style lead by different teachers. In September join Rachel for a deeply restorative 60-minute journey of stillness, presence, and sound.
We’ll begin with guided meditation and gentle breathwork to help you slow down and connect inward, before immersing you in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments. The sound frequencies encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and restore balance to mind and body.
Suitable for all levels – no experience needed, just come as you are.
