BECOME A YOGA TEACHER 2025/26Join Finlay Wilson for a life-changing teacher training experience over the course of 20 days to become a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor. Also, unique to this training is anatomy education with Dr Helen Meadows, Yoga teacher, and Forensic Anatomy/ Anthropologist.
Designed for aspiring yoga students, no matter their level, with a passion to help, and become leaders in helping, others change their quality of life. Whether you want to teach, or simply want to immerse yourself in the practice, this training will offer you the chance to see your physical prowess change and develop, and your understanding of how to practice will change forever.
This training uses sequences found in Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga, and is constructed so that various class lengths and levels can be developed. Time will be taken to explain the why and how of sequencing, and how to intelligently create classes that will promote the development of participants in a safe and accessible way. On this training you will receive three colour manuals for teaching, hands on assisting, and anatomy for your reference and work throughout the course.
Working as two intensive blocks of 10 days, six months apart rather than spreading the training over a year, travel costs are able to be kept to a minimum as well as our group being able to have time to practice, do homework assignments, plus extra reading and self study. 2 years experience prerequisite and 100% attendance for both blocks to be certified.
Over the 20 days you will spend time daily working through all the elements that will lead you to become a qualified Yoga teacher.

Course Structure and Dates
Block 1: Friday 29th August - Sunday 7 September 2025
Block 2: Friday 27 February - Sunday 8th March 2026
Our daily schedule starts at 6.00am until 9.00am, a break, 10.30am – 1.00pm morning sessions, lunch break, 2.00pm – 5.00pm evening session.
Course Fees:
£2,150 - Early Bird (paid in full before 1st April '25)
£2,350 - Full Price thereafter (balance due 1 August'25)
Our Teacher Training course has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Our graduates are trained to the highest standard and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance Professionals. The course has a set 180 hours contact time and the core teacher is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
