Ken is dedicated to helping you find rest, reduce stress and develop inner peace so you can experience a sense of calm and connection with yourself and loved ones. In this fast paced world, we become familiar with running and racing so much we forget what a true relaxed state feels like, our nervous system becomes so used to this, our bench mark for a relaxed state gets thrown. When our nervous system is able to move through the different states appropriately we have the ability to heal. Developing a consistent practice helps us navigate the highs and lows in life, we start to embody the practice, it is in consistently showing up for ourselves that we reap the rewards of our practice so when life throws curveballs, we can call upon our new found toolkit to guide us through.
