Himalayan Meditation Ireland I Galway

Himalayan Meditation is based on the principle of inner experience and is being practised by millions of people across the world at no cost. Experience the highest form of yoga through this simplest form of meditation; no exercise is involved. It's a 30-minute meditation followed by an experience-sharing session. Starting in Galway for the first time, every Saturday from 7 Dec.2024. Centres are running in Limerick and Dublin.

All for FREE. Non-Religious. Open for All. This Himalayan Meditation is practiced to actively promote the complete well-being of ourselves through meditation classes by conducting in the library.

Through several experiences over the years , I have realized that one can bring 'Peace in One's Own World' through regular meditation and through associating with positive people and collectivity.This Meditation has provided very powerful experiences to millions of people beyond the boundaries of race, religion, age or gender and is practiced free of cost across 50+ countries across the globe."Peace is within you, no matter how hard you chase, you'll never find it outside."Find the peace within.

As a practitioner for over 5+ years and an educator for 2+ years, I take this opportunity to collectively experience the peace within and grow together. You will,

* Meditate for maximum 30 minutes

* Share experiences and learn from each other

* Learn to manage your thoughts and life in a simple yet effect way.
