Join me outside on the cliffs of the Great Orme for a morning of healing. The session will be a mixture of guided meditation and drumming to connect you with the nature elements, clear, cleanse and balance your chakras, and revitalise your energy mentally, physically and emotionally.
To book your place, please call me on 07791383293. The session is £15 per person and no previous experience is needed. We will meet at 11 Ty'n-y-Coed Road, LL30 2QA at 10:30am and walk to the cliff from there. Please bring a mat to lie on and warm clothes if needed.
