Steph Healy brings her beautiful Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum to Providero, LLANDUDNO once a month with OM YOGA. Steph is well known in North Wales as being the expert on all things to do with Sound Healing, so you will be in very safe hands for this sound journey experience!
When you come to a sound bath, all you have you do is lie on a yoga mat, with blankets and pillows, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and rest.
As an experience, many people talk about being immersed in powerful waves of sound from all directions, which is why the treatment is known as a “Sound Bath.”
