This event features a guided meditation session led by an experienced monastic, followed by a Japanese-style flower arrangement workshop with Sue, an artist with over 30 years of experience. There will also be an open discussion with the monastic, offering you the chance to explore and seek guidance on any life challenges you may be facing.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, our events offer guided meditations, art workshops, and discussions on how to integrate these practices into daily life. These creative sessions provide an opportunity for deeper exploration, allowing you to express and connect with your inner self through the medium of art.
