Join experienced meditation teacher and sound healer, Louise Charman-James, for a replenishing hour of guided meditation practices and a soothing sound bath with voice, drum, chimes, bowls and gong. Bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket/shawl. A few mats and bolsters are provided but please bring your own if you can. The venue is The Park Yoga Studio located at 4/111 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Stanwell Park (next to the art gallery).
Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided but feel free to bring your own if you wish. Wear layered clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily.
