Each evening introduces meditation exercises to regain control of the mind, essential skills in accessing the spiritual heart, the benefits of mantra and lifestyle positives to support the inner journey. Our course teachers are informal and inspirational, bringing warmth and concern to their workshops and a very genuine wish to share their own years of experience and insight with others.
